Collaborating with our client to reimagine this former storage space and hay loft into a functional 480 sq foot apartment, we carefully maintained historic details like original wood beams and matched any new materials to the traditional aesthetic. With a new vaulted ceiling and skylights to brighten the space, this gorgeous rental unit now boasts a bedroom, a 3/4 bath with a large shower and a combined living room / kitchen space that can accommodate a full-size sectional sofa.
