This Landmark gem amongst the mansions of Cheeseman park was craving a full update. The plan was to ‘undress’ the house to the bones and replace all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. After that, an outdated kitchen and three bathrooms were fully re-imagined featuring more storage-friendly and convenient-to-use solutions. The kitchen windows were raised to accommodate a new countertop height after Landmark Preservation approval. As a result, the clients received a brand new house within a historical shell.
