A Turnkey Solution
Our streamlined design-build process, led by an in-house team of architectural designers, helps clients stay in the know without feeling stressed or overburdened. Once all trade partners have made their skilled contributions, we also personally handle dozens of small refinements that are often left unfinished to ensure you can enjoy your newly remodeled home as soon as the work is complete.
A Designer-led Process
Each client will interface with a single architectural designer and project manager, while benefiting from the collective wisdom and insight of our entire in-house team. From there, the designer and project manager will confirm all plans are correctly implemented by our network of trade partners and vendors, stepping in to solve any unexpected issues and ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Fixed Price Quotes
In construction, clients are typically given “cost plus” pricing, which can (and typically does) fluctuate, and does not incentivize contractors to work as efficiently as possible. Our fixed price quotes mean that the only way the budget increases is if you change your mind, and that we are ultimately responsible for any fluctuations in price based on materials, labor or changes in scheduling.
