This 1993 Cherry Creek home was overdue for general maintenance—as well as a kitchen and bathroom remodel. In this case, the B&B team collaborated closely with an interior designer hired by the client, who oversaw furniture and wallpaper selection that informed the aesthetics of our own design work. In addition to general repainting and repairs throughout the house, we updated the kitchen with a spacious waterfall edge island, accent tile backsplash and distinctive pendants—all while maximizing storage space. The nearby bathroom was also redesigned with a simple, yet elegant, mid-century aesthetic.
