Contemporary Lowry Basement with Golf Simulator

This 2,000 square foot basement in Lowry was inspired by the homeowners love for golf. No longer is putt-putt an acceptable form of golf when trying to improve your game and quality of your home. This basement features a Theater Room, Wet Bar, Bedroom, Bathroom, Work Shop and a full 360 degree golf simulator that is not for the faint of heart. The golf simulator sits in a sunken portion of the basement, giving the player a feeling of being out on the links, not in a basement. Once the simulator is activated by your shot, it will accurately send your ball down the fairway by calculating a thousand different factors relating to your golf shot all at once. This project also displays a great use of different materials by using glass block, granite and stainless steel to give the basement a contemporary and clean feel.
