Located in the desirable Polo Club neighborhood, this crawlspace dig-out and basement dig-down transformed a small, unaccommodating lower level into a luxury living and entertainment space. The clients’ vision was a Irish Pub-inspired escape from their upstairs living space, featuring a full-service bar, temperature-controlled wine cellar, gas fireplace and billards table. Whether for relaxing with the family or entertaining friends, it’s safe to say this renovation has opened up a whole new way to enjoy their home.
