Bemis Kitchen Remodel

Replacement of a structural wall with a new steel beam and post allowed the kitchen to be opened up, drastically changing the look and layout of the home. We closed in one window for the design and changed another window into French doors leading to the backyard deck thus permitting lots of natural sunlight to penetrate the home. We made the structural beam flush with the ceiling so you cannot tell that the beam exists and applied a new drywall to the whole kitchen and living area. After the new kitchen was installed we sanded and refinished the hardwood floors with a new stain color and laced in new wood made all of the previous wall locations disappear.
