The owner of this Platt Park home was looking for a multifaceted basement remodel that could truly do it all. The objective was to maximize the space in the basement by creating a variety of distinct zones:

  • Entertainment & Leisure: A sleek custom bar built for hosting, situated perfectly for sporting games watch parties.

  • Work & Wellness: A private, quiet home office and a dedicated gym space for convenient daily workouts.

  • Guest Comfort & Utility: A welcoming bedroom, a full bathroom, and clever, integrated storage solutions.

With a particular focus on game-day hosting, we aimed for a simple, clean aesthetic that elevates the space without competing with the big screen. Fitting so many diverse elements into a unique U-shaped layout was a creative challenge, but our design team engineered the perfect balance of flow, functionality, and modern style.
