This ultra modern house in Park Hill underwent a significant transformation in its basement and kitchen spaces. The former movie theater now stands as a spacious and bright gym, collaborating with interior designer Kate Jung with Noble Design Group brought forth a chic wet bar and TV wall. A discreetly added wall transformed an open living space into a private bedroom. The kitchen got a fresh look with new marble countertops and backsplash, completing the home’s stylish and functional makeover.
